How I work
As a health coach, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body and make sustainable changes to create health and balance by exploring how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Together with you, I will help guide you to set achievable goals based on your unique circumstances and your personal vision of health and lifestyle. We will explore nutrition as well as your relationships, life purpose, spirituality, movement, and your environment which I believe are your primary sources of wellbeing.
Although I work through the lens of nutrition, I am deeply interested in the underlying root causes of behavior and the changes that can be made through self-awareness so that you can connect with your deepest self and establish true lasting health, happiness and confidence.
My Offerings
Healthy Life Signature Program
There are 12 weekly sessions in this program which are designed to help facilitate your own personal health transformation. Each 60 min session is tailored to your unique circumstances and are in-person or online.
During the program you will:
• Learn about your digestion
• Explore new foods
• Learn techniques to manage stress
• Explore your mindset
• Find out what works for you
• Feel better in your body
• Discover a healthy roadmap for your future
Single Session Blueprint
This 90 minute Blueprint session is designed to get you started on your health journey.
During this session you will:
• Become clear on your goals
• Feel motivated to make changes
• Become clear on action steps to get you started
A little about me
I grew up learning about healthy eating and wellbeing practices from an early age through my mother, who was deeply involved with bringing alternative health and wellness practices into the collective consciousness . These early childhood influences sparked a life-long interest in all things to do with the health of the mind, body and spirit.
After graduating from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, with a Bachelors of Social Science (majoring in psychology) I moved to Los Angeles, USA, where I lived and worked in the wellness industry for 10 years.
While in Los Angeles, my interest in health and wellness became a focus and through trial and error with my own health and wellbeing journey, I decided to share my knowledge and experience with others to help create balance and health in their own lives.
I believe that through self-awareness we can establish practices and make choices that support ourselves to create balance and peace in all areas of our life. I hope to inspire you to nourish your body and soul and to embrace your uniqueness to reach your true potential.
